Somatic Movement for Back Care

This new 4 week in-person course will offer – slow natural movement to improve flexibility and release stiffness.

Based in the Movingness technique the promise is that you can restore your body to reduce pain and increase pleasure. 

11-12noon Mondays

beginning 3 November

This is a great class for beginners and to get you moving again. No experience necessary. Class will be seated on a chair and lying on the floor. Suitable for seniors.
