Yoga with Audrie
In-person 8 week Series
Join Audrie for in-person classes, a weekly continuing yoga series.
Limited to 20 people
Tuesdays beginning 5 August 9.30-10.30am
Suitable if you have been doing yoga regularly.

Online Somatic Movement
This new course will offer – slow natural movement to improve flexibility and release stiffness.
Based in the Movingness technique the promise is that you can restore your body to reduce pain and increase pleasure. In many cases, you can feel just as good in a body with a history as you can in a young body.
1-1.45pm Tuesdays
beginning 5 August
This is a great class or beginners and to get you moving again. No experience necessary. Suitable for seniors.

Seniors and Beginners Yoga + Yoga with Audrie
** Practiced yoga in the past - wondering if you can still do it?
** Uncertain whether you can do yoga but willing to try?
** Wondering which yoga teacher would understand you?
** Like yoga with others at the same stage or age as you?
These classes are for you!
Classes suit older adults or beginners with a teacher that understands. Practise with a group of like-minded people with simple moves that everyone can do.
Start with a gentle warm up then do yoga standing, sitting, kneeling and lying on the floor. Relax with 3-4 minutes to close the class.
Check with your health professionals if you are under their care.
