A great class for beginners and seniors to get you moving again. No experience necessary. Start from the inside out, with small movements done with full attention. Work with how you are actually built to create flexibility and strength to keep you moving in real life, not just in a class.

Join Audrie for in-person classes, a weekly continuing yoga series.

A foundation yoga class. Build on your experience with a balanced practice that develops strength, flexibility and awareness. Explore yoga postures, movement and breath with attention and support, creating a strong foundation for ease and confidence both in class and in everyday life.
